Within the Nestlé Waters Management and Technology team, you will have the exciting opportunity to experience the dynamics of an international HR department and support the development of our People.

Your daily tasks :

  • Update of the intranet interface dedicated to Nestlé Waters Management and Technology

  • Participate in the deployment of QVCT (Quality of Life and Working Conditions) actions

  • Participate in the apprentices/trainees recruitment process

  • Participate in CSE, CSSCT and internal commissions

  • Provide support to the HR department according to needs (personnel management, reporting, HR events)

Your strengths for success :

  • Human Resources, Employment Law

  • Proficient in English both orally and in writing (minimum B2 level)

  • Comfortable with computer tools (Excel, Intranet, PowerPoint, Power BI…)

  • Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint

  • Organized, autonomous, with strong communication skills, curious, attentive, and flexible

  • Environmentally conscious, for you, the environment and the preservation of the planet and its resources are not just topics of discussion with your peers: they are the battles of our time, and you want to contribute to them on your scale.
