【私たちの歴史】

私たちは石垣島のラグジュアリーリゾートとして 2007年にInterContinentalにリブランド致しました。2020年には、客室数203室の新館をオープンし、458室の更に活気に満ちた職場環境となりました。

【石垣の魅力】

北緯24度、ハワイとほぼ同じ位置にある石垣島。平均気温24℃の温暖な気候です。

ミシュランガイドで3つ星に輝いた川平湾をはじめ、竹富島の赤瓦の町並みを水牛車での観光、マンタが優雅に泳ぐ青い海などなど、 語りつくせない美しい自然が出迎えてくれます。

雄大な自然はもちろん、 受け継がれてきた文化・伝統が息づくこの島の尽きない魅力をひとつでも多く、お客様やチームメンバーに味わっていただきたいと考えています。

【洋食料理長の業務】

調理現場の統括としてご活躍頂きます。具体的には、、、

チームメンバーのシフト管理

オールデイダイニング「サンコーストカフェ」（宴会含む）での調理

オープンキッチンでの調理実施もあります

その他、仕込み付随業務あり

【歓迎されるスキル】

ホテルレストランでの調理経験必須。料理長にチャレンジしたい方も歓迎致します。

英会話できる方歓迎、年齢・性別に関わらず、常に前向きにゲストのご満足を追求頂ける方、向上心がある方、ワンチームで共に協力する意識をお持ちの方、長期間ご勤務が可能な方
