Monitor IT resources, update server’s information, manage ports and polling methods on SolarWinds. Responsible for changes, validation, and deployment of functionality of enterprise level DNS/DHCP/AD/Exchangeservers. Assist with IT projects in all areas of the company including cloud/server infrastructure, networking, data security, e-mail, mobile devices, remote access, and web services. Manage Azure Active Directory services. Deploy server in AWS and on-premises. Administer day-to-day IT systems operations by proactively monitoringand resolving problems with end user accounts, computing environments, backups, server notifications, network notifications, anti-virus, and disaster recovery components.Travel may be required to unanticipated work site locations within US.
