Intellectt Inc. Product Design Engineer in Iselin, New Jersey
Design and develop plan for the new product of mechanical device and/or medical device manufacturing processes. Develop concept design, feasibility study, making design proposals by applying high end productdesign methodologies and conduct design reviews. Perform Quality Function Deployment( QFD) to determine the list of critical to quality design measures. Develop DFMEA, PFMEA and AFMEA analysis for the new productdevelopment and update the legacy products based on the field or manufacturing issues. Design the components by using Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) methodologies. Conduct Failure modeeffective analysis (FMEA) with the entire design Team and the Consultants for the proposed concepts.Minimum requirement: MASTER'S DEGREE OR A FOREIGN ACADEMIC EQUIVALENT IN SCIENCE, PHARMACY, CHEMISTRY, ENGINEERING (ANY), TECHNOLOGY (ANY), OR RELATED WITH 6 MONTHS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AS A COMPUTER / ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL OR RELATED. IN LIEU OF THE ABOVE, WILL ALSO ACCEPT A BACHELORS DEGREE OR A FOREIGN ACADEMIC EQUIVALENT IN SCIENCE, PHARMACY, CHEMISTRY, ENGINEERING (ANY), TECHNOLOGY (ANY), OR RELATED WITH 5 YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE IT EXPERIENCE AS A COMPUTER / ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL OR RELATED. ANY SUITABLE COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE.
