The Application Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing one or more development teams, mentor developers in Problem solving, Code reviews and enforce best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Application Development manager will oversee development activities for various development teams in .NET/C#/Angular/Azure Environment.

  • Works closely with BA/Product Manager/Testing teams in identifying priorities for the development teams.

  • Works closely with senior management and other team members to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.

  • Reviews development activities and ensures the On Time Project delivery.

  • Collaborates with Architects/Senior Developers in software design and architecture.

  • Involved in hiring/ team management, provides goals and objectives to teams and helps team in career development.

  • Conducts regular code reviews, deployment activities and troubleshoots production issues with development team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering

  • Experience in building applications using Microservices & SOA Architectures

  • Experience in the development of MV* types of applications and a thorough knowledge of the .NET framework

  • Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture

  • Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods

  • Experience developing Restful web services using Web API and .NET Core

  • Experience with developing web applications using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript and Object-Oriented Technologies.

  • Experience developing Single Page Applications (SPA) using Angular 7.0/+

  • Experience using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, and TypeScript.

  • Understanding of software quality assurance principles.

  • Certification in Microsoft Azure solutions architecture would be a plus, knowledge of the same is desired.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Python and UiPath would be a Plus

  • Knowledge of both Relational databases and NO-SQL Databases is mandatory.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Must function well under deadline pressure

  • Must be detail-oriented

  • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to mentor team members
