Keystone Collections Group Infrastructure Administrator in Irwin, Pennsylvania

Position Summary:  

The Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for implementation, deployment, and support of enterprise infrastructure.  Position requires ability to work onsite. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Maintain and support company infrastructure and applications including but not limited to VMware hypervisor, Windows operating systems, datacenter and network hardware, security tools, collaboration and productivity suites, and internally developed software

  • Provide support for internal users on all corporate technologies

  • Communicate technical topics and issues effectively at executive, management, and end-user levels

  • Maintain awareness of technology trends and issues

  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities in business-related technologies  

  • Observe, enforce, and maintain documentation on company policies, processes, standards, and configurations

  • Additional duties and projects as assigned

    Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in CS/MIS, or equivalent technical qualifications and experience  

  • Experience implementing, maintaining, and upgrading Windows Server OS and Active Directory domains

  • Strong troubleshooting skills

  • Demonstrated ability to assess risk of technical changes  

  • Ability to quickly analyze and assess severity of incidents and problems and take appropriate action

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Organizational abilities to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop personal systems for achieving those goals.

  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment
