This is a full-time position where you will collaborate with team members across product, marketing, care, and other functions as well as our executive team. Occasional travel may be required.It’s an exciting time at Visible. We are growing and looking for a community manager. The Visible Community Manager is the ever-adapting voice of the brand. This role is responsible for engaging with our communities across various platforms and will oftentimes be the entry point to the brand. The community manager sets the tone for user expectations in our digital-only environment, and as such, needs to be inherently communicative in digital spaces while also having expert knowledge of the technical aspects of the brand.
Support day-to-day management of Visible’s handles across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, while owning several channels including Youtube, Reddit and more.
Provide regular updates on tagging, moderation, sentiment and other key metrics.
Work closely with the brand, communications, member care, and marketing teams to build and deploy digital media campaigns that help grow Visible’s online presence and drive brand objectives.
Help foster a community by working closely with the larger social team to help execute surprise and delight initiatives.
Look for real time opportunities to make a difference with our members.
Ensure community feedback is incorporated into company planning and product development.
Identify and report real-time trends and opportunities seen across social media that could be used for brand campaigns.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Four or more years of marketing experience.
Two years of experience on social platforms such as, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok.
Even better if you have:
Experience working in social moderation platforms; bonus if you’ve used Sprinklr.
Excellent written communication skills for digital spaces.
Project management experience.
The ability to analyze data and make necessary changes or adjust programs to drive acquisition
Experience with Google analytics.
Experience with Salesforce, or similar platforms.
