Summary:

The role is to serve as the research and resolution liaison between First Horizon Bank and its mortgage sub-servicer. The role would be responsible for taking the lead on receiving and completing research/loan maintenance requests that originate at First Horizon Bank. First Horizon Bank mortgage customers will often reach out directly to their First Horizon Bank bankers with questions, maintenance requests, and complaints on their subserviced mortgage. This role will perform the research those internal First Horizon Bank sourced items, and work with the sub-servicer directly to resolve and report back the resolution to the FHB banker/relationship manager. The role will also assist the sub-servicer with research items to the extent First Horizon Bank involvement is required, e.g., missing document research.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ Years Mortgage Loan Servicing Experience

  • Preferably Customer Service and/or research background

  • Solid understanding of Escrow Analysis, Insurance, Taxes, Payment Histories

  • Preferably ICE MSP Servicing System experience

  • Solid Experience with MS Office

  • Other Duties as assigned

Hours :

  • Monday - Friday

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
