Overview

Provides leadership to ensure Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) operate as a vital partner to Sales and Marketing. Manages a sales staff to achieve year-over-year client and ancillary growth.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and directs staff/ division to ensure ethical and compliant telemarketing activity in the areas of Inbound, Outbound, Special Projects, and Special Research to achieve growth metrics for sales divisions.

  • Encourages a strong partnership to enable the company to achieve desired results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Works directly with VPs and other directors, to ensure SDRs are focusing efforts in a manner that correlates to company goals.

  • Collects and reports marketing, lead, and activity analysis for use by company officers, field leadership, and partner departments.

  • Recruits, selects, hires, and evaluates performance of personnel to ensure all department needs are handled appropriately. Counsels and develops staff for personal and corporate advancement through career development, training programs, and other resources as required for professional advancement.

  • Oversees the usage and leveraging of the Insidesales.com software to gain client and ancillary growth through the use of new technology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree - Required

  • Lead generation and/or inside sales experience.

  • 7 years of experience in Sales leadership.

  • Demonstrates customer service skills.
