Gate Checker - Irving, TX


The Gate Checker is an inventory support position responsible for verifying the accuracy of loading sheets, and completing settlement sheets. This role interfaces with drivers; c hecking in and out common carriers and company vehicles, and managing Truck Gate compliances. This position will use a computer for data input.

Shift and Schedule

  • Full-time, Afternoon shift

  • Monday-Friday

  • 5:00PM-1:30AM (or until finished)

  • Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as it may be required by the business

    Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay beginning at $15.00 per hour plus overtime rate after 40 hours

  • Paid weekly

  • Attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, etc.) available immediately

    Position Responsibilities

  • Physically count inventory on outbound and inbound trucks of product.

  • Verify accuracy of inventory count and loading sheets.

  • Verify the completion of settlement sheets.

  • Steers trucks to proper dock station.


  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred

  • Lift, push and pull a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly

  • Experience using a computer to input data

  • Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
