    We are on a mission to help transform the beauty business at one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.  Our client represents iconic brands in the Beauty Industry that are pioneering the industry forward developing new products that are transforming patient lives.  The medical aesthetics business is ripe for rapid growth and disruption, and we are looking for an experienced Program Manager to add to our high performing team to do just that.

    Our mission is to bring in a Program Manager/Project Manager to support a new and successful proprietary technology platform which serves millions of consumers, tens of thousands of aesthetics providers and thousands of colleagues throughout the US.  Since its inception and launch 4 years ago, this proprietary technology platform has successfully delivered curated promotions, personalized experiences and had millions of consumers use it as part of their beauty journey.  Now, we are looking for a Program Manager to drive our Go To Market activities as we prepare to launch a new array of game-changing technologies on our successfully adopted platform.

    The ideal Candidate is a Program Manager who is interested in working within a startup-oriented environment, while having the backing of a very large company.   As the Program Manager, the candidate will report to a Director of Program Management, and continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business. The home office is located in Irvine, CA but this role can also be remote, although travel to organization events (for example: Planning events) would be expected.

    Program Manager Responsibilities

  • Own the development and management of highly cross-functional go to market project plans capturing workflows, dependencies, deadlines and hand off times for an integrated team of marketers, customer success experts, and sales representatives

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success and Support, Technical Writing, Sales and other go-to-market teams to drive the successful release of A-DL products and execution of launch programming.

  • Work closely with product, engineering and program management to plan, maintain, and prioritize product launches.

  • Be the main point of contact for all stakeholders, facilitate communication, and ensure timely decision-making and delivery across multiple disciplines, including external parties (creative agencies).

  • Ensure final delivery of all creative assets, including approval from key stakeholders in medical, regulatory, regulatory, and compliance.

  • Represent the Go To Market organization in cross functional project management discussions around launch timing and delivery for tech product launches

  • Understand stakeholder requirements and needs, spot inefficiencies and help build light and durable processes to ensure more efficient and streamlined work that delivers on time.

  • Serve as the GTM champion, communicating progress across the organization to individual contributors as well as senior executives

  • Ability to identify risks to timelines, escalate as necessary and propose mitigation strategies

    Program Manager Top Skills REQUIRED

  • 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management for large-scale, go-to-market initiatives in a technology company

  • Experience with Agile project/product management tools like Jira and Productboard, as well as collaboration tools like Loom, Slack, Miro, Microsoft Teams and the G-Suite

  • Ability to manage highly interdependent, complex projects, create work back plans and keep disparate work streams on track

  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of impact when changes occur to scope or timeline

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with many different personality types

  • Capable of owning delivery of a project, and staying highly involved as a point person in team meeting

  • Ability to build relationships and positively influence culture within an organization

    Program Manager Nice to Have

  • Marketing, advertising or communications agency experience is a plus.

  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies is a plus but not required.
