A Day in Your Life at MKS:

We are looking for an exceptional Principal Business Systems Analyst- SAP-FI, who can perform development, implementation and usage of Information Technology and management information systems within SAP ERP applications. Working in partnership with the business relationship managers, super-users, end-users and technical team, ensure full adoption, effective usage, and efficient deployment of our IT solutions. Effectively manage the change control process, gathering the end-user requirements, and communicating IT priorities and delivery status to the business.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Provide our Finance functional leadership leveraging business process, SAP configuration and optimal usage expertise.

  • Collaborate with our Accounting department (AR/AP), Credit department, Tax controller, Treasury management teams and IT in the global design, development, and deployment and expansion of the SAP landscapes.

  • Support the Finance organization primarily Americas, Finance operations group end-user community by providing research, analysis and problem resolution to team members.

  • Actively demonstrate a passion for continuous improvement focused on end user productivity, and enterprise process integration.

  • Work with various business groups in the organization to facilitate cross-functional implementation of new or improved business process requirements for all IT-related business, financial, and operations systems critical to core organizational functions.

  • Effectively manage the IT change control process, gathering the end-user requirements, preparing functional specifications and communicating IT priorities and delivery status to the business.

    Skills You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related technical field, or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a focus on information technology and SAP, including 5+ years of experience working in SAP applications, focusing on the Finance areas listed below.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in SAP applications, focusing on the Finance area: AR/AP, financial statements, banking interface, tax controlling and treasury management.

  • Minimum of 7 years in SAP configurations and information technology experience

  • Knowledgeable in Order to Cash processes and understanding of integration with at least one of the third-party tools: Coupa, OneSource, Workday, Tax system, etc.) (at Least of One of them)

  • Familiar with ABAP

  • Experienced in MS Suite: PowerPoint, Excel- pivot tables, Word, etc.

  • Must be fluent in English. Strong communication skills

  • This position will be Hybrid at one of our MKS offices in the United States.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tax determination tool as OneCloud (Thomson Reuters) is a plus.

  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude

  • Be dissatisfied with status quo, with a thirst to introduce change.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Pay Range: $97,300 to $ 180,700 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.  At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
