Position Overview:

As our Operations Coordinator, you'll focus on making sure our office runs smoothly with various project management tasks. You will be responsible for providing essential support with analytics, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

  • Collect and distribute the company's mail in a timely manner.

  • Assist the Financial Operations Director with data analytics

  • Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and analytics insights.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
