Xponential Fitness is currently hiring for one of their fastest growing brands.  Xponential Fitness is the curator of the best brands across every vertical in the boutique fitness industry – including Pilates, cycle, stretch, rowing, barre, dance and running.   Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities: Collect, Analyze, and Monitor financial data, report and suggest best practices to executive team, franchise partners, and additional stakeholders.  Business Analyst Job Duties: * Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. * Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to executive team and management. * Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data. * Work directly with the President with various planning exercises, such as forecast, budgets, profitability analysis, and reporting * Assist in the monthly close process by analyzing trends and variances related to revenue, and compare and correct data to reconcile financial transactions * Develop and maintain confidential, protected databases to monitor business performance, and provide management with insights into any risks or opportunities * Contributes to company effort by supporting related results as needed. * Studio P&L review and analysis  * Franchise partner coaching as it relates to studio development and profitability Business analyst Skills and Qualifications: Corporate Finance, Full Grasp of Financial Statements, Margin Analysis, EBITDA Metric, Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Cost Accounting, Statistical Analysis, Financial Planning and Strategy    Technical Skills and Qualifications: Proficient with PowerPoint and Word. Highly Skilled in Excel: PivotTables, V-Lookup, Sumifs, formulas. Access and Hyperion knowledge is a plus. Written and verbal English proficiency. Solid presentation skills for trainings, conference calls, and webinars.
