Sales/Warehouse Associate Popular Flooring Company is a family owned, competitive flooring company serving the Wichita Falls area. We offer all types of flooring and tile for homes and businesses at prices anyone can afford. Position Overview: A Sale/Warehouse Associate is required to learn about and sell different types of flooring products. This is accomplished through the development of good relationships with the customer based on knowledge, service, trust, and integrity. The associate will be taught how to correctly measure a customers residence and create an estimate followed by an invoice. The associate will also actively keep the warehouse clean and drive a forklift. Responsibilities: Greeting customers and answering the phones in a professional manner. Selling and answering customers questions regarding all types of flooring. Using QuickBooks to create customer estimates and invoices. Taking customer payments. Measuring customers homes. Updating social media. Updating electronic sign. Unloading trucks with and without the help of a forklift. Sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning windows. Organizing as needed. Requirements: Valid Texas drivers license. The position requires the ability to communicate with a diverse group of customers in a friendly and respectable manner. The position requires the associate to speak on the telephone. Microsoft Windows and/or QuickBooks software experience. Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
