One permanent full time position available Full salary range: $44,678.40 - $57,512.00

Hours: Sunday, 1:00pm - 10:00pm, Wednesday - Saturday, 3:00pm - 12:00am

Job summary: Under immediate direction, performs work of routine difficulty in the cleaning and maintenance of City parking facilities and equipment.

Minimum Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure, Other High school education or G.E.D. and four to six months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in building maintenance. Valid State of Iowa drivers license with satisfactory driving record. Must be 18 years of age. Must pass a criminal background check.

Preferred Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure, Other High school education or G.E.D. and seven to twelve months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
