Remedy Staffing Customization Line Operator in Iowa City, Iowa

Customization Line Operator Remedy Intelligent Staffing works with some of the finest companies in Eastern Iowa. Remedy is proud to support their needs and have several great job opportunities for you! Temp to hire positions available!

Location:West Branch, Iowa - a short drive from the Iowa City area

Pay:$16.50/hour

Hours:1^st^shift available- currently working 10 hour shifts

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in a team-oriented environment while working to package products for store display
  • Operate all job-required equipment and handle all products in a manner that promotes a safe working environment
  • Pack units and build pallets following the customer provided standards
  • Follow established safety guidelines and promote a safe workplace
  • Working overtime as required to meet business demand including staying over from scheduled shift and coming in on days previously scheduled off

Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and reach for 8-10 hours
  • Lift 10 - 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Preform repetitive motion activities
  • Must be able to wear personal protection (ear plugs and safety glasses)
  • Read, understand, and communicate all safety and operational procedures
  • Work in a team environment and be flexible when production needs change
