RPA Software Engineer, Expert

Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN

Job Description: Maintain and support current RPA COE Process; plan and lead the design, testing, documenting, and implementation of new processes; adhere to programming/development standards and governance framework such as REFramework; provide support for existing automation processes; partner with Citizen Developers to ensure they are supported and following standard process; lead and manage RPA projects independently; enable business strategy, lean processes, increased automations, and insights; embody a culture of continuous innovation and learning; identify, design, and implement process improvements for automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability; self-motivated, self-directed with strong problem-solving skills; consult on feasibly of automation of business processes; assist with the selection and management of consultants and vendors; assist with the recruitment and development of talent; collaborate with DevOps team to integrate innovations and algorithms into a production system; and support business decisions with ad hoc analysis as needed. Position allows working from home anywhere in the U.S. Position requires domestic/international travel up to 10% of the time as is customary and needed for the occupation. Annual salary of at least $141,898 - $163,300.

Benefits : CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications. Job Requirements: The qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Intelligence, or closely related field. The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years (60 months) of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience in RPA, including at least 5 years (60 months) of experience with all the following: (a) Bot Development; (b) Orchestrator setup; (c) Infrastructure maintenance; (d) understanding of GIT/bitbucket, Code Check in process, and CI/CD principles; and (e) utilizing all the following tools/technologies: .Net; Java; Python; and AIML.
