What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF G2X Lead All Source Analyst / Allied Intelligence Integrator you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF)mission areas.

You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.

More About the Role:

As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF G2X Lead All Source Analyst / Allied Intelligence Integrator you will embed at Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Federal Republic of Germany and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.

Other duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Assign and supervise both near- and long-term all-source intelligence assessments, addressing terrorism and foreign intelligence in alignment with CG USAREUR-AF's priority intelligence requirements, campaign plan, and counterintelligence support missions.

  • Provide leadership and mentor junior analysts.

  • Compile, review and provide timely written and oral assessments, leveraging classified research from theater and national level resources, including databases and open-source information. Indications and warning analysis shall be performed, ensuring that government leadership is promptly informed of new threat reporting and associated analysis.

  • Deliver complex briefings to command, staff, and subordinate units regarding threats to force protection within the USAREUR-AF AOR.

  • Supervise and engage in daily research and analysis pertaining to subversion, sabotage, espionage, paramilitary/insurgency, organized crime, as well as threats to force protection, personnel, and physical infrastructure security.

  • Update the CI database and establish/maintain a USAREUR-AF AOR Foreign Intelligence Security Services (FISS) Combined Intel Picture (CIP).

  • Independently draft, deliver, and publish timely, relevant, and accurate articles, briefings, information papers, and POI analyses that require minimal editing or corrections to interpret raw or finished intelligence reporting effectively.

  • Utilize common U.S. Intelligence Community tools and techniques to research and analyze classified information, including the ability to query record message traffic, conduct signals intelligence analysis, perform geospatial intelligence analysis, engage in link analysis, and conduct opensource analysis.

  • Research and ensure PAI in compliance with Army, COCOM, Intelligence Oversight, and local guidelines.

  • Conduct formal evaluations and oversight of intelligence reports and identify source-directed requirements to address intelligence gaps.

  • Contribute to intelligence collaboration among U.S. Interagency partners and foreign counterparts.

  • Write, review and provide quality control for analytical products for potential foreign release, with an understanding of the processes required to request approval from the originator for foreign release and obtain approval from the foreign disclosure officer for sharing with partners.

  • Support synchronizing counterintelligence analysis and lead development across the U.S. Intelligence Community and USAREUR-AF’s Allies IOT mitigate hostile intelligence threats to critical Army infrastructure and operations (i.e. supporting the NATO response to Ukraine, mitigating threats to lethal aid, to the (SAG-U), and to major exercises like DEFENDER).

  • The Intelligence Integrator drives multilateral collection and analysis by mutually cross-pollinating analysis and collection between the U.S. Intelligence Community and USAREUR-AF’s Allied intelligence and law enforcement partners to identify, neutralize, and exploit hostile intelligence threats.

  • Analyzes raw intelligence daily to inform Executive U.S. and Allied decision makers.

  • Engages U.S. and Allied intelligence partners for G2X to converge collection and analytical support to identify and mitigate hostile intelligence threats to USAREUR-AF operations.

  • As a foreign intelligence SME, provide episodic direct analysis support to senior USAREUR-AF, SAG-U, and CJFLCC Commanders and Staff.

  • Provide daily input and feedback to the G2X and Allied partners enabling Theater and Allied CI operations and HUMINT collection to expose and mitigate hostile intelligence threats.

  • Provide USAREUR-AF G2X with networking to Academics, Allies, and Partners.

  • Secure mission-related collection and analysis support from U.S. and Allied intelligence, law enforcement, and defense agencies.

  • Monitor and provide senior analyst-level expertise with regard to specific countries within USAREUR’s Area of Responsibility/Area of Interest (AOR/AOI).

  • Research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term assessments on counterintelligence and terror issues in response to CG USAREUR’s priority intelligence requirements.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations; OR a bachelor’s degree, thirteen (13) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations; OR an associate degree, minimum of sixteen (16) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis and operations; OR a High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum of twenty-two (22) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations.

  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience and knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence analysis.

  • Minimum Security Clearance – TS/SCI, eligible for Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Proven understanding of and experience with counterterrorism and/or counterintelligence all source analysis in the African and European Theater.

  • Experience with link analysis and network diagrams.

  • Experience using Analyst Notebook, common Intelligence Community databases and websites, CHROME, etc.

  • Regional experience in one or more of the following focus areas: NATO, Russia, Baltics, Eurasia, Aegean, Balkans.
