We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement AFRICOM’s mission objectives.

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Change Manager. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US AFRICOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a professional manner. The candidate will be required to work in a high tempo fast paced environment that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in governance with the ability to interface with both client managers and system users across multiple programs.

The Change Manager will be responsible to provide change management planning and support routine training efforts. Candidate will be responsible for configuration integration, change control, change conflicts and routine change audits. Maintain the change management program repository, artifacts and related documentation. Maintain and manage the change advisory board (CAB) agenda. Regulate the change process so that only approved and validated changes are released into the infrastructure environment. Ensure changes are tracked, issues reported, and perform trend analysis. Change Manager will coordinate with configuration management to verify that requirements of all baselines have been met. Establish and manage change management dashboards and metrics to support organizational change management practices. More specifically, the Change Manager will be responsible for defining and measuring the success of the change program. Perform audit of changes based upon change management policies to ensure change compliance. Candidate will provide leaders' strategic enterprise organization change management competency to support the development and implementation of data-informed, adaptive practices for efficient and effective enterprise IT services. Provide change management methodologies, processes and tools to create strategies that enhance the customer experience. Change Manager will lead change management initiatives to optimize work streams/workflows rooted in structured ITIL methodologies and governance processes. Must be competent in establishing effective communication channels between stakeholders/customers to provide reliable and consistent enterprise risks and mitigation efforts. Supports quality assurance process audits. Candidate must be able to lead, direct, and review the work of the ChM team to ensure the program operational success.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

  • Professional certification that meets or exceeds DoD 8570.01. IAM I

  • Waterfall/AGILE expertise

  • In-depth knowledge in executing changes requests, Change Advisory Board (CAB), Configuration Control Board (CCB) and other change related activities.

  • Provide technical leadership and cross-training to peers in areas of expertise

  • Act as a resource to team members, participates in team process improvement meetings

  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification

  • BA/BS + 5 years recent specialized or AA/AS +7 years recent specialized or a major cert + 9 years recent specialized or 11 years of recent specialized experience

  • Ability to document process, workflows, standard operating procedures related to change management

  • Acts as a liaison between Release and Deployment teams

  • Flexible – The environment is highly dynamic. You will be expected to keep up with the environmental pace while ensuring a high level of operational effectiveness. You will be expected to meet and interface with many customers throughout the workday. Must be proficient working in a team-oriented environment.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)

  • Security +CE

  • Experience providing Enterprise IT Strategic Customer Engagement and Support.

  • Experience supporting CJTF

  • Knowledge of Complex Program or Portfolio Management and/or Directing experience
