*Position Overview: *

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CWT Operator to join our team at Valicor Environmental Services. As a CWT Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and operating our Central Water Treatment (CWT) systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with regulatory standards. Your work will contribute to the sustainable management of water resources and the protection of the environment.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the CWT systems, including water treatment processes and equipment. You will also be tasked with conducting regular inspections and performing routine maintenance to ensure the systems are operating at their highest efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports as required by regulatory agencies.

 

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of water treatment technologies and processes. You should be knowledgeable in operating and maintaining CWT systems, including troubleshooting and resolving operational issues. Strong attention to detail is essential, as you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining water quality and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

 

*Key Responsibilities: *

  • Operate and monitor CWT systems to ensure efficient and effective water treatment processes

  • Conduct regular inspections of CWT systems, identifying and addressing any operational issues

  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems, including cleaning, calibration, and replacement of parts

  • Monitor and maintain water quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

  • Compile and maintain accurate records and reports related to water treatment processes and equipment

  • Monitor and record all operational parameters and perform necessary adjustments to optimize system performance

  • Respond to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure system integrity

     

     

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a centralized waste treatment operator or similar role in an environmental facility.

  • Strong understanding of centralized waste treatment processes and equipment operation.

  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements related to waste treatment.

  • Ability to interpret technical documents, such as equipment manuals, standard operating procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
