The Position

In this position, you will take over the leadership of a documentation team and optimize quality control and documentation processes. Your expertise and leadership skills are crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes and ensuring the quality of our products. Your expertise is the key to our success!

Tasks & responsibilities

  • You will take over the management of the Documentation Ingelheim team in the QCS group. The selection, training, support and development of technical staff is part of your area of responsibility.

  • You will also set priorities and oversee all activities in the team (e.g. Reference substance management in AD ING).

  • In addition, you will further develop processes within the department and at the interfaces and systems (e.g. GSpecS, HAL, SAP, BIRDS).

  • You will act as the responsible Head of Quality Control (HQC) for APIs at the Ingelheim site with the resulting responsibilities in accordance with AMWHV.

  • You will also represent development analytics in quality committees: you will support processes and GMP topics and represent the analytical department.

  • Furthermore, you will be process / system owner (devices, IT systems, release process and rooms, SAP), as well as DMSO for reference materials, BTM functional manager in AD ING.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree or master’s degree in chemistry, pharmacy or a related discipline with long-term industrial experience in analytical development or quality control, ideally qualification as HQC

  • Proven Leadership experience with excellent leadership skills based on AAI and BI leadership principles

  • Strong communication and social skills and high level of commitment

  • Motivation to work with interdisciplinary, international teams, requiring excellent English-skills (oral and written)
