What is the job about?

In Global Supply Planning we are seeking a new Supply Planning Expert who can support Global Planning optimization initiatives in Grundfos. Exciting improvements activities is anchored in Global Planning centered around how to optimize, standardize, and automate our End-to-End planning processes across Grundfos.

You will be placed in a global team committed to optimizing, develop Global Best Practices and govern Grundfos supply planning process to secure a balanced supply and sales plan which is the foundation for our Global SIOE, SIOP (0-18) and long-term planning processes.

Focus areas will be End to End Planning optimization with the purpose of lifting accuracies by securing One system-based plan, which give foundation for inventory optimization and innovation of planning capabilities to enable decision overviews. All optimizations will be done in close collaboration with planning organizations in Divisions and relevant stakeholders on different organizational levels in Grundfos, so good collaboration and communication skills is necessary.

Location:

The Supply planning expert is expected to be located in Hungary, Serbia or China or close to one of our main production sites.

What do you need to apply?

You have been succeeding in driving planning optimization initiatives in a complex matrix organization. You have an analytical mindset, and you are capable of leading processes thorough others. Moreover, you have minimum a BS degree and applicable experience in Supply Chain Planning of at least 5 years. A truly global mindset, dedication to Growth and Customer Service complete the profile.

Professional skills & experience

  • Working knowledge in SAP, BW and APO/IBP, Supply chain

  • Experience in n working in Excel and Power BI

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain planning

  • Stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent in English

  • SIOP/S&OP knowledge

Personal skills:

  • Practical and structured approach

  • Communicate effectively & Strong in taking complex fact-based decision.

  • Strong in building relations and communicate with on all layer in the organization.

  • Persistent in addressing and following up on agreed plans and action

  • Holistic skills and able to create an overview

  • Robust
