The Millennium Group Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana

17.00 per hour 17.00 | Indianapolis, IN, USA | Hourly | Full Time

Shift: 7am-4pm M-F

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining quality customer service by providing friendly and responsive processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, packages and other shipments

  • Have good working knowledge of mail and computer basics

  • Sorts incoming mail for distribution and dispatches outgoing mail: Opens envelopes by hand or machine

  • Re-addresses undeliverable mail bearing incomplete or incorrect address

  • Examines outgoing mail for appearance and seals envelopes by hand or machine

  • Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times

  • Receive FedEx, UPS packages and log in all tracking numbers

  • Enter activity data in logs, maintain records

  • Assist with Office moves as needed

  • Setup and reset Conference rooms for meetings

  • Provide assistance to Facilities and Reception as needed

  • Process outgoing packages via FedEx Ship Manager

  • Delivers mail during the designated mail runs

  • Ships out freight as needed

  • Assist with any print requests from print production to finish (laminating, cutting, etc.)

  • Scan mail for recipients to receive items digitally

    Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year customer service and office related experience preferred.

  • Basic mathematical skills.

  • Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.

  • Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.

  • Handle multiple projects at one time.

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Attention to detail.
