Job Description:

Onsite Training Coordinator

Conduent Business Service- Indianapolis, IN.

Shift: Monday- Friday from 7:30am-4pm

Payrate 19.00/hr. + Training, Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits+ 401K and team atmosphere.

Job Summary:

The training Coordinator will be Responsible for physical set up of onsite/offsite rooms, including configuring tables, setting materials, and equipment setup, manage event activities including class adds, class cancellations, advertising, enrollments, confirmations, waitlists, facilities scheduling, class close out activities, reporting, and perform data entry support as it relates to learning administration as needed. The Training Coordinator will be able to work with minimum supervision, but self-motivated in a team-oriented environment. Client focused to build and maintain professional working relationships. Ensure client standard operating procedures, processes and service level agreements are maintained.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure facility is prepped and client standards are maintained

  • Troubleshoot audio visual equipment issues in training rooms

  • Maintain course/curriculum information within Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Provide onsite point of contact for course owners and class participants for service support

  • Enroll students and maintain course rosters for all scheduled courses

  • Enter student attendance records into computer database and provide appropriate reports on attendance to supervisor and/or client

  • Maintain and record class evaluation information

  • Identify and trouble shoot discrepancies

  • Filing of paper-training history records at the site

  • Perform client requested tasks

  • Escalate service issues to Manager for resolution

  • Collect and return materials to storage after class

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or two years’ work experience in:

  • A learning organization

  • Training administration (preferred but not required)

  • Customer service

  • Knowledge of and experience with learning management systems (preferred but not required)

  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite

  • Demonstrated attention to detail, strong quality focus, and well organized.

  • Successful prioritization of work requirements and multitasking, as necessary

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to constant change.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills with clients, leadership, and team members.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $31920 - $39900.
