Make a Difference

The Systems Imaging Analyst for Epic Radiant will be responsible for clinical workflows in the EMR and RIS/PACS of enterprise imaging systems. This includes implementation, configuration, workflow management, troubleshooting, security, support documentation, analysis, design, training, vendor management, and maintenance of all imaging systems. The Analyst is also responsible for expanding the RIS and PACS systems for new customers and modalities. This role helps support includes but not limited to, RIS, PACS, Voice Recognition, 3D reconstruction, radiation dose monitoring, contrast injector systems, mammography reporting systems, PACS scanners, Image sharing and Image transfer. This position will work closely with technical and clinical professionals.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

  • Associate degree in information technology or healthcare related field required.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare and/or IT experience preferred.

  • Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.

  • Epic Radiant certification preferred.

  • Must obtain Epic certification within 4 months of start date.

  • Previous experience as an Epic Applications Analyst preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure, and balance competing demands of customers and projects.

  • Knowledge and understanding of systems analysis and design, system development tools and techniques.

  • General understanding of IT applications, infrastructure, and security.
