Position Title:Senior Process Engineer

Join our innovative RandD team as a Senior Process Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable manufacturing. If you thrive on designing cutting-edge products and processes, optimizing efficiency, and reducing environmental impact, this is the opportunity for you.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; advanced degree is a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing and environmental fields.

  • Expertise in process engineering, improvement, optimization, and scale-up.

  • Proven track record in product and process engineering scale-up, equipment sizing, and validation.

  • In-depth knowledge of sustainable production practices, waste minimization, and quality enhancement.

  • Familiarity with hazardous and industrial waste, wastewater treatment, and chemical manufacturing.

  • Proficiency in biological filtration systems and strong project management skills.

  • Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance at city, state, and federal levels.

  • Excellent technical writing, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to travel (up to 30%).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead process engineering projects, including feasibility studies and remedial designs.

  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

  • Ensure successful product scale-up through pilot and manufacturing stages.

  • Validate product quality, equipment sizing, and process engineering design.

  • Implement process control systems for real-time production monitoring.

  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with customers on environmental waste treatment and troubleshooting.

  • Assist in design package preparation, including engineering calculations and specifications.

  • Conduct risk assessments for safety and regulatory compliance.

  • Support system operations, maintenance staff, and contribute to plans and reports.

  • Identify contaminant sources, manage site assessments, and conduct audits.
