Position Title:Senior Process Engineer

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; advanced degree is a plus.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing and environmental fields.
Expertise in process engineering, improvement, optimization, and scale-up.
Proven track record in product and process engineering scale-up, equipment sizing, and validation.
In-depth knowledge of sustainable production practices, waste minimization, and quality enhancement.
Familiarity with hazardous and industrial waste, wastewater treatment, and chemical manufacturing.
Proficiency in biological filtration systems and strong project management skills.
Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance at city, state, and federal levels.
Excellent technical writing, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to travel (up to 30%).
Responsibilities:
Lead process engineering projects, including feasibility studies and remedial designs.
Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure successful product scale-up through pilot and manufacturing stages.
Validate product quality, equipment sizing, and process engineering design.
Implement process control systems for real-time production monitoring.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Collaborate with customers on environmental waste treatment and troubleshooting.
Assist in design package preparation, including engineering calculations and specifications.
Conduct risk assessments for safety and regulatory compliance.
Support system operations, maintenance staff, and contribute to plans and reports.
Identify contaminant sources, manage site assessments, and conduct audits.
