The Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for facilitating an exceptional experience for our patients, their families, physicians, and fellow employees.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to perform related duties and task, including but not limited to:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 7 years minimum of successful forward-facing support to the customer and or patient, preferable in a patient care environment. (Required)

  • Communicates with nursing staff and patients / families about unexpected wait times delaying surgery start time.

  • Responds to all inquiries promptly, courteously, and in a professional manner.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of the facility layout to assist patients and visitors as necessary to their destination.

  • Audit for successful adoption and application of The Community Way by caregivers and share feedback regarding performance with key operations leaders.

  • Maintain good communication and cooperative relationships with both internal and external customers.

  • Maintains confidentiality of information.

  • Provides and shares resource information regarding ancillary support services and recognition programs offered by the Community Health Network and its partners.
