Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking a BE/BC Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join a thriving practice at Community Spine Center North in Indianapolis, IN. Ideal candidates will be motivated and team oriented with expertise in interventional spine procedures.

· Focus in musculoskeletal/spine evaluation and treatment using a non-surgical approach, including spinal injections and procedures

· 100% outpatient practice with no weekends

· Excellent ancillary services, including physical therapy and imaging services

· Strong primary care referral base, within a physician-led organization

Licensure & Certification

Board-certified/Board-eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
