HVAC Service Technician Job Duties may include but not limited to

  • Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty services.

  • Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses.

  • Performing preventative maintenance

  • Improving air quality by cleaning ducts to optimize efficiency.

  • Fixing, replacing, and adjusting vents, and ductwork.

  • Ensuring condensation drain line is free of debris and draining.

  • Performing emergency repairs

  • Keeping daily logs and records of maintenance functions.

  • Maintaining service truck.

More About the Opportunity:

This is 8-week training program with an opportunity to interview with our Client.

You will, in a short time, learn what is needed to be Day-1 ready working as a HVAC

Service Technician. Training is an educational opportunity preparing you for your EPA certification. Competitive wages begin once training has concluded and hired on with our Client.

Certification is no additional cost. Training consists of Zoom-remote learning and on-site, hands-on learning at Client’s facility in Indianapolis (46268). Training is

Monday – Friday, 8AM - 5PM. Employment opportunity may include additional working hours, mandatory overtime, and weekends.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid Driver’s License (the position requires driving company vehicle)

  • Due to driving company vehicle, must be 21 years or older

  • Must pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen

  • Passion for trades and a strong desire to learn technical skills.

  • Great communication skills, experience working with customers and clients.

  • Personality is outgoing, sales-minded, customer focused, and people-person

  • Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment.

  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 lbs without additional manpower or appropriate device.

  • Must be able to work while climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting, grasping, and/or feeling.

  • Must be US Citizen or Resident

  • No guarantee of employment; guarantee of interview upon training completion.
