Schedule is flexible Monday through Friday. Limited overtime opportunities
As a Fleet Mechanic II, you can expect to:
Operate automotive, construction and material handling equipment.
Operate and repair hydraulic systems
Perform engine, electrical and drivability diagnostics/repair.
Perform DOT and manufacturer recommended servicing and safety inspections
Provide clear and accurate information when entering work order data into a fleet maintenance system.
Be responsible for scheduling and prioritizing work derived from driver reports.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
At least 3 years of related experience.
High school diploma or its equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Customer focused, strong work ethic and positive.
Be a safety oriented individual.
Drive/take home a service truck.
CDL B license is preferred not required. Company provides training and covers all costs if needed.
Candidates must provide truck technician hand tools. Diagnostic tools and software are provided.
This position is contingent upon your ability to pass a preemployment criminal history check and drug screen.
