Job Description:

Looking for a hands-on role that keeps you engaged and active? Join us as a Facilities Support Technician ! You’ll be the go-to for keeping our space safe, efficient, and in top shape. From troubleshooting HVAC and power systems to handling preventative maintenance and general repairs, no two days are the same. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, working with their hands, and contributing to a well-run facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep Things Running: Regularly inspect the facility to ensure everything is safe, secure, and in perfect working order.

  • Get Hands-On: Tackle general maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

  • Lighting & Carpentry: Swap out bulbs, replace ballasts, and perform light carpentry repairs as needed.

  • Support Movement: Help relocate office furniture, machinery, and equipment as requested.

  • Vendor Coordination: Assist in managing vendor services for specialized maintenance tasks.

What You Bring:

  • Sharp attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and great people skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

  • Basic knowledge of tools and machines, with a knack for troubleshooting and repair.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 0-2 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related role.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
