Make a Difference

This position is part of the Community Health Network Internship Program, the role will include structured learning opportunities, networking activities, as well as administrative task and an end of the summer presentation. The Community Health Network Diversity College Nursing Internship Summer Experience 2024 is a paid opportunity for college students interested in learning about careers in nursing. The program is a minimum of six week inclusive of a minimum of 24 hours per week. The dates of the internship will begin June 3 rd . Over the six weeks, students will gain exposure to the business and administrative components of Community Health Network’s nursing operations through project-based work with their respective departments. At the end of the program, interns will create a presentation that provides an overview of their projects and learning. Interns will have the opportunity to attend special events, meet with Network nursing leaders and participate in a community service project. You will enjoy learning about “A Day in the Life” of our nursing workforce.

Your exceptional skills and qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Must be enrolled in a nursing program

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Ability to work with peers
