Description We are looking to hire a Human Resources Manager in the real estate property and facilities management industry, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role is responsible for leading all organizational HR functions, including but not limited to Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Legal Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive tactical and strategic leadership of all HR functions

• Address sensitive employee relations issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure the organization's legal compliance across all HR-related aspects

• Design and manage company benefit and wellness programs

• Evaluate and update current policies and procedures impacting company personnel

• Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all HR Information Systems

• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategy to meet talent objectives

• Human Resources (HR) Administration Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry.

• Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required.

• Experience with Ceridian, HRMS, and About Time software is essential.

• Must have a strong understanding of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration.

• Knowledge of Compliance regulations and practices in the field of Human Resources is necessary.

• Must have experience in Employee Relations and HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems.

• Skilled in Human Resources (HR) Administration.

• Must be able to effectively manage and resolve any issues that arise in the workplace.

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must have a professional approach and be able to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
