* * * Must be willing to travel as needed with company van for Commercial work with paid overnight stays. * * *

TheSWAT Environmental Commercial Divisionprotects occupants of multi-family homes, assisted living facilities, schools and various other businesses across the nation from the harmful effects ofRadon. Radon is a naturally occurring, radioactive gas that escapes when uranium in the soil decays. Radon can become concentrated in a living area, seeping through cracks and openings in the slab or foundation.

As aCommercial/Large Building Radon Mitigation Technician, you will work in the field on a dedicated regional installation team, under a Commercial Foreman. Technicians work closely with other team members on a daily basis, and travel regularly within a defined geographic territory.

You will receive hands-on mitigation training and access to the best mitigation techniques for consistent project success. Through our company-paid onboarding program, you will earn your radon mitigation certification as well as all safety certifications required for the job and your individual safety.

Who Qualifies?

We are seeking candidates who have previous experience in areas such asConstruction, Plumbing, HVAC, Concrete Coring/Cutting, Electrician or Framer/Carpenter,Cable Technician, Maintenance Technician, Handyman, Apprentices, Day Laborers and Roofersthat?are?looking for a career that enhances your skill sets.?

Candidates must have:? Must be willing to travel as needed with company van for work with paid overnight stays Valid drivers license? The ability to lift and carry a 60lb ladders at 40ft?and above The ability to work in confined spaces (turn, twist, bend, stoop, reach) Capable of acquiring and maintaining the required certifications (paid training)? Good communication and customer service skills?

Ability to: Must be willing to travel. Multiple overnights sometimes a week at a time Work Monday - Friday, must be available for Saturdays as well? Work independently as a representative of the team

Preferred Skills:? Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge with ability to use hand tools Operate drill, hole-saw, coring drills and other hand tools safely Use technology such as mobile phones, tablets, laptops?

Compensation:? $25hr + overtime / Paid training and Certification / Company Vehicle Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid overnight stay w/per diem
