Job Description

We are seeking an advanced practice provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,200 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This Electrophysiology APP position delivers care at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital & Cardiac Clinic on our North Campus, and Community Hospital North.

Highlights

Community Health Network is seeking an experienced, board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established electrophysiology provider team. Provider background in EP or general cardiology is required.

  • Electrophysiology clinic and inpatient rounding opportunity rotating through our Community Hospital North & Community Heart & Vascular Hospital locations

  • 50/50 Clinic/Hospital Split

  • 1 in every 10 rotating Saturdays, inpatient coverage

  • 1 in every 7 weeks rotating night call

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package

  • Epic EMR

Licensure & Certification

  • Board Certification required

  • Indiana medical license will be required
