FFP Administrative Assistant in Indianapolis, Indiana

JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the office team and assist with various tasks and projects. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize and schedule appointments

  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures

  • Perform data entry and maintain databases

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • Assist in event planning and coordination

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

  • Take accurate minutes of meetings

  • Coordinate travel arrangements

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven administrative assistant experience

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Organizational and planning skills

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus
