Green Thumb Environmental Beautification, Inc Maintenance Position - DEC, Indian Lake in Indian Lake, New York

Duties are included by not limited to: Various beautification tasks (planting flowers, keep weeded, and watered all summer, Raking, mow (riding mower)/ trim (string trimmer), Paint/stain various gates and signposts/boards/picnic tables (stand-alone items), light snow removal and spreading ice melt, and keeping sidewalks clean. Cleaning: Restroom, sanitizing toilets/ sinks, wash mirrors, stock paper products, sweep daily, mop as needed (Mechanic/Carpenter shop), vacuuming all rugs (main offices), dust as needed. Keep kitchen neat, wipe tables and refrigerator. Driving a state vehicle (taking gas to campsites, pick up parts, deliver vehicles, etc.). Assist DEC employees on department projects within the written capabilities of the Green Thumb program.
