Program Summary

KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and several bases in Turkey. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.

Job Summary

The role of Fleet Management and Analysis (FM&A) Clerk is a key position in the Vehicle Management department. The FM&A clerk will be directly responsible for daily operational support under the direct supervision of the Fleet Management Supervisor. This role is essential to mission compliance focused on accurate and timely data gathering, control, and dissemination. The FM&A Clerk will be heavily relied on to manage deliverables and keep the organization in contractual compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepares correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and various documents using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher etc.

  • Must be able to complete all necessary training to have authorization getting into DPAS (Defense Property Accountability System). Open/Close Scheduled/Unscheduled Work Orders, create reports etc.

  • Answers phones, transfer and take messages as required. Receive Mobile Maintenance phone calls and coordinate with Maintenance Truck.

  • Conduct weekly yard checks.

  • Receive vehicle utilization with AF owned, GSA and commercial lease asset; Miles/Hours/Units/ Kilometers (M/H/U/K) utilization at least monthly and track them into DPAS.

  • Develop and maintain a continuous scheduled maintenance plan as directed by the VFM/VMS for vehicles and vehicular equipment requiring Preventive Maintenance and Inspections (PMI). Ensure owning/using organizations make vehicles available for PMI and Special Inspections and/or make other arrangements with servicing Vehicle Management prior by due date/time.

  • Oversee Accident and Abuse Program. Create files and maintain required documents obtained from the Units.

  • Manage the Reimbursable Maintenance Program. Ensure reimbursable units have their Owning Cost Center Code identified correctly in FMIS and perform follow up actions for financial recoupment.

  • Manage Time Compliance Technical Order Service Bulletin, Manufacture Recalls, Safety of Use Message, and One-Time Inspections and ensure timely, on-time, completion per instructions.

  • Prepare Waiver cards for all applicable assets.

  • Support management as necessary when needed; inventory, record documentation, issuing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), etc.

  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

  • Must have excellent customer communication and relation abilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Turkish Citizenship

  • Technical high school diploma or equivalent

  • Fulfilled Turkish Military obligation (male candidates)

  • Must have valid driver license (minimum Class B).

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English (level II)

  • Must be capable of obtaining a Turkish security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred general knowledge/experience of maintenance with general and special purpose vehicles .
