Join Liberty Healthcare as a Senior Application Analyst to take charge as a primary support contact for our customers.

In this role you will have the opportunity to administer and lead build efforts in our highly configurable applications to support our diverse service lines. You will use your creativity and problem-solving skills to help our customers design efficient and effective workflows to collect essential data and manage their daily tasks. Learn and grow with us as we add new technologies to our portfolio. You will engage in meaningful work by supporting human services and helping us fulfill our mission.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary support contact for our Case Management and Electronic Health Record solutions

  • Responsibility for assigned service lines including leading regular meetings and managing all change requests and system enhancements

  • Using strong active listening skills, work with our customers to define requirements and execute on those requirements from build, testing, and training to deployment, leveraging industry best practices to minimize errors and support end-users

  • Developing a deep knowledge of our customer’s data collection needs and workflows to identify innovative and effective solutions

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implement solutions

  • Designing front-end reports and dashboards and possess a deep understanding of data relationships. Understand principles of data governance and help to educate less experienced team members on maintaining data integrity

  • Collaborating with Business Intelligence and Data Analyst teams to help design reports and configure data collection to meet the organizations quality measure tracking program

  • Efficiently completing routine maintenance and daily support activities including troubleshooting and resolving tickets

  • Fostering positive relationships with customers, team members, and vendors

This is a virtual position which will allow you to work remotely from your home office within the United States.

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

  • 5+ years of experience working with highly configurable application platforms, including design, development, deployment, migration and ongoing support

  • 4+ years of managing software platforms in the healthcare market

  • 2+ years of experience managing the implementation and support of new end-user solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Sciences or a related business degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Proven ability to document and convey technical topics to non-technical audiences – internal and customer-facing

  • Knowledge of Microsoft technology stack and related application portfolio, including familiarity with the Office 365 suite of applications and related services, including (i.e., SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype, Teams, PowerBI, etc.)

  • United States residency
