The Marketing Operations Manager plays a vital role in our marketing efforts, overseeing seamless coordination, optimization, and execution across all facets of our campaigns. Responsibilities entail leading the implementation and management of marketing technologies, supervising data analysis to extract actionable insights, and cultivating collaboration among cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. With a keen strategic mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and adept problem-solving abilities, the Marketing Operations Manager is instrumental in propelling the success of marketing initiatives and attaining organizational goals.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure operational excellence is prioritized and underpinned by value creation for customers and that execution contributes commercially to our DSG growth drivers.

  • Define and own a fit for purpose operating model that effectively supports marketing execution, ensuring the optimum structure, processes, technology and data support this.

  • Manage day to day activities, utilizing reporting and monitoring programs to ensure delivery of all team activities to meet and exceed expectations.

  • Act as the intersection between business strategy, operational management and DSG marketing.

  • Own the measurement of operations sentiment & ROI. Ensure all operations activities are monitored and measured for their effectiveness. Utilize data and insights to drive performance and ROI.

  • Identify opportunities to continually innovate, refine and improve existing processes to unlock capabilities and elevate the marketing operations operating model.

  • Build trusted partnerships with colleagues and work collaboratively across our DSG marketing and operations teams, hosting monthly operational reviews and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.

  • Support supervisors with administrative policies, procedures, and adoption, ensuring process and execution is compliant.

  • Resolve issues including but not limited to personnel, business and technical issues and create an environment that fosters both employee development and organizational growth.

  • Lead a team and develop supervisors and staff; providing leadership guidance, coaching, and mentorship

  • Drive excellence by nurturing and promoting a best-in-class marketing operations culture, embedding core competencies and behaviors to drive high performance.

  • Build trusted partnerships with colleagues and work collaboratively across our DSG marketing and operations teams, hosting monthly operational reviews and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.

  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, with at least 2 years in any supervisory position.

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record building and motivating teams.

  • Proactive, data-led, results oriented, and delivery focused, with the ability to balance multiple projects.

  • Excellent stakeholder management

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills and ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.

  • Strong project management skills capable of managing multiple marketing operations and initiatives simultaneously.

  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality assurance to ensure operation standards and best practices are being practice.

  • Ability to manage varying team demands and personalities.

  • Proficient in MS Office tools (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and has experience in working with CRM systems.

  • Familiarity or knowledge in marketing automation software such as Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot, and proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.

  • At least 1 yr of B2B Marketing exposure/knowledge is a plus.
