CVS Health Outreach Coordinator- Spanish Bilingual (Specific Counties in IL) in Illinois
* Candidate must reside in Cook, Lake, McHenry, Kane, DuPage, Kendall, Will, Grundy or Kankakee County *Responsible for developing, facilitating, and implementing outreach activities, special events, programs, and presentations which support member education and health plan awareness within the Medicaid or Medicare population and the community. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with community contacts. Maintains marketing guideline compliance with the appropriate state’s laws and regulations. Coordinates member outreach to ensure effective use of health plan benefits and to improve member health outcomes within the Medicaid or Medicare population.Responds to member inquiries in person, via telephone, and in writing. Facilitates provider and member outreach to ensure member receipt of important clinical services to improve member health outcomes.
- Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish)- Proficiency with standard corporate software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as some special proprietary applications. - Minimum of two years’ recent and related outreach experience working with providers or members, and/or government program managed care product experience. - 3-5 years customer service experience. - Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to a reliable vehicle required.- Ability to work independently and travel alone.- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. - Able to present information to various audiences. - Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and off-shifts as required. - Minimal overnight travel may be required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.- Previous experience working with the Medicaid or Medicare population preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
