Battelle Energy Alliance dba Idaho National Laboratory Psychologist in Idaho Falls, Idaho

Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Psychologist to work in our Environment, Safety, Health and Quality department. Our team may work a 4x10 or 9x80 schedule located out of our Willow Creek building in Idaho.

You will report to the Lead of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Your primary responsibility is to provide Human Reliability Program and Protective Force interviews and evaluations. You will also provide EAP services to INL managers, employees, and their direct family members to enhance workplace effectiveness and productivity by providing preventative, secondary and tertiary interventions in areas concerning organizational and personal well-being.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform Clinical Evaluation in support of HRP and Security programs.
  • Provide EAP services to INL Employees and family members.
  • Provide management consultation and other services to INL workgroups.
  • Develop and provide training and presentations to various employee groups.

*Minimum Requirements: *

  • PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology from an APA or similiary accredited program.
  • Minimum of (4) years of relevant experience with (3) years of assessment experience.
  • Must have a current or be eligible for a clinical practice license in the state of Idaho.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

*Job Information: *

  • The pay range for this position is $75,804 - $155,496 . At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.
  • TDP: This is a testing designated position; you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.
