As a representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to potential customers at their homes working alongside our route technicians. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Wage Range: \$15 - \$30 per hour (base plus commissions)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knock on doors and engage with potential customers around where our technicians are servicing customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Introduce and explain our products/services, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Address any questions or concerns that potential customers may have.
  • Close sales deals and process customers accurately.
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales targets.
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, including leads generated, sales closed, and customer feedback.
