Applied Materials Executive and Sales Operation Admin in Icheon-Gwango, South Korea

1. Administrative support for the Account General Manager(Executive)

  • Organize and support Business Unit level trainings, conferences, and events

  • Provide support by working with the management team & departments

  • Support efficient operation of the practice from an administrative flow of information/data/documentation

  • Set up and support Internal/External meetings, conference calls and events

  • Arrange meetings (Account all hands, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings)

  • Manage AGM’s calendar for appointments and meetings, travel schedules

  • Claimed expenses and managed account budget

2. Provide relevant data/reports using internal data platforms(CRM) for Sales Operation

  • Provide Management supporting data (Revenue analysis, Shipment, Sales orders, etc.)

  • Work within controls to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all sales and business reports, views, dashboards, and user data, such as KPI reports, sales booking/revenue numbers, including commits, targets, overrides and disconnects

  • Develop various analysis reports, monitor changes and provide insights

  • Participate in achieving BU financial targets. Contributed to book/bill commit and forecast.

  • Extracts financial, statistical and other data from various information systems and other sources.

  • Bachelor's degree in the related field

  • Professional in MS (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)

  • Ability to use SAP, Salesforce, and other data platforms

  • Good attitude to learn with agility for problem-solving

  • Self-motivator, the ability of communication skills and act as a team player
