The functional mission of the System & Software Quality Manager is the execution of the system and SW quality assurance tasks (including ASPICE, Technical Compliance Management, Structured Problem Solving, Lessons Learned and QA Reporting), for the given project(s) from quote phase to SOP and post-SOP with target to meet customer satisfaction. The System & Software Quality Manager has the veto right regarding project execution and project release.

We are looking for a new colleague within our Quality department, that would have the role of Quality Manager in Project and would be a part of an international team that is focusing on delivering best results for the following activities:

  • Establish a quality assurance plan including work break down structure and provide timely resources for QMP activities;

  • Responsible for capturing & managing available customer specific quality requirements;

  • Support usage of relevant QA methods & tools (incl. review method, gate release method, verification/validation activities);

  • Support problem resolution with adequate methods (e.g. 8D/A3-Report, Ishikawa, 5Why, Is/Is not);

  • Escalate quality related topics;

  • Interface with customer regarding QA topics such as audits, follow up of improvement actions, in alignment with Project Manager;

  • Support, perform / participate in defined process adherence measures (Customer audits / assessments, Internal ASPICE assessments, Process capability checks, Gap-Analysis, FSM audit, IATF 16949 audits);

  • Perform Delivery Completeness Check prior to releasing to customer;

  • Quality reporting and monitoring of quality metrics & corrective actions;

  • Moderation of milestone and selected object reviews;

  • Provide coaching and guidance to project teams related to process, methods application and ASPICE.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Informatics, Electronics) or relevant professional experience;

  • Knowledge of automotive development process and methodology;

  • Knowledge of quality methods and techniques (e.g. moderation, problem solving, audits);

  • Quality standards (ASPICE, IATF 16949:2016) awareness;

  • Project Management previous experiences;

  • Training and presentation skills;

  • Good English written and conversational level.
