Google Trust and Safety Analyst, Developer Experience in Hyderabad, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in building scaled operations, workflow design, operations management, process documentation or similar.

  • Experience in policy, policy compliance, content analysis or moderation, customer support, policy creation, or Trust and Safety.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Experience with data analysis to drive insights and recommendations.

  • Ability to understand and provide support across teams, insights, and initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads.   • Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams to enhance developer experience by gathering and synthesizing developer friction insights and driving projects to optimize policy experiences.

  • Develop processes to distill insights from developer escalations and support channels for reporting and prioritization of projects and initiatives.

  • Create and manage developer experience feedback and listening forums.

  • Drive initiatives to reduce friction and escalations for specific categories of trusted developers that require different approaches.
