Position Overview:

As the Production and Maintenance Manager, you will oversee and streamline administrative procedures and systems, ensuring efficient office operations and IT performance. Your role involves managing office setup and maintenance, monitoring systems, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations to support business continuity and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and coordination of administrative procedures and systems, strategizing to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across the organization.

  • Direct the setup of new offices and oversee ongoing maintenance activities, ensuring facilities meet operational standards and support a conducive working environment.

  • Provide comprehensive training to personnel, delegating responsibilities effectively among team members to optimize productivity and achieve organizational objectives.

  • Facilitate seamless information flow within the company, integrating communication channels to support cohesive business operations and decision-making.

  • Effectively manage schedules and deadlines, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project milestones and organizational goals.

  • Maintain oversight of office supplies inventory, overseeing procurement within budgetary constraints to sustain operational continuity and cost efficiency.

  • Monitor costs and expenses closely, contributing to budget preparation by identifying areas for cost savings and optimization.

  • Supervise facilities services and maintenance activities, coordinating with tradespersons such as electricians to ensure timely resolution of issues and optimal functioning of facilities.

  • Organize and oversee various office activities including recycling programs, renovations, and event planning, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and enhance workplace culture.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, implementing measures to promote compliance and mitigate operational risks.

    Requirements:

  • Minimum of 80% marks in your 10th and 12th standard.

  • Your schooling must be from an English Medium School.

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent education is required.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in any field of administration, IT & Operations Management or a related field.

  • At least 3-5 years of Experience in working with English-speaking clients (US, UK, Australia, New Zealand etc).

  • Experience in overseeing administrative procedures, office setup, maintenance, and IT systems is highly beneficial with a basic knowledge on IT peripherals.  

  • Familiarity with IT systems, office equipment, facilities management software, knowledge of maintenance practices, including overseeing repairs and renovations.

  • Must be able to perform assigned work duties independently with minimal supervision.

  • Must be willing to embrace new ideas, new ways of working, and new technologies and should be able to adapt quickly in response to changing circumstances and environments.
