Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales is a customer relationship management (CRM) application that enables businesses to manage their sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals. It provides a range of features and tools to help sales teams work more efficiently and effectively, including lead and opportunity management, sales forecasting, and analytics.

Dynamics 365 for Sales is built on Microsoft Dataverse, which is a cloud-based data platform that enables businesses to easily store and manage data used by business applications. Dataverse provides a secure and scalable data service with rich customization capabilities, allowing businesses to tailor their data model to meet their specific needs. This means that Dynamics 365 for Sales can be easily integrated with other applications built on Dataverse, as well as with other Microsoft services such as Office 365 and Azure.

Our team owns the Sales Enterprise and Premium skus and works on features like Relationship Analytics, Sales Forecasting, Sales accelerator and a lot more. These features are a combination of micro services, rich experiences and Dataverse capabilities that allow us to deliver high value to our customers.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and motivated SE2 to join our team and be a part of the CRM growth story in Microsoft. As an engineer in the team you would be required to contribute with high quality design and code and subscribe to the high quality expectations in the team. You will be expected to collaborate with other team members and work under the supervision of your lead or senior/principal tech lead/engineer.

As a well rounded engineer you should be confident to dive into any unknowns and use the debugging and analysis tools at your disposal to root cause issues and provide a viable and permanent solution. Simiarly you should be confident to pick up any programming language or tech stack based on the needs of the feature/project and work with your crew to deliver on the committed deliverables. You will be a part of your teams livesite rotations which come once in a couple of months per team member, and help achieve the high TTM goals that we aspire towards.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.

2+ years of experience in software development experience as a fullstack engineer

2+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, REST, SQL, Azure, HTML5, or JavaScript/jQuery.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is an experienced Software Development Engineer with a proven track record of delivering products.

Comfortable driving complex server & client architecture across large product teams - Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a dynamic / agile environment
