Role Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Residential HVAC Controls team to strengthen capabilities in product development focused on Embedded Controls design and development

  • Drive strategic initiatives including but not limited to New Product Development, systems engineering, innovation.

  • Develop and mentor the team to develop system level product development for HVAC-R products.

  • As program manager, manage and deliver multiple new product development or sustaining programs (or sub-programs) meeting all key KPI.

  • Work closely with global cross functional teams to drive strategic initiatives across CoEs and business units.

  • Flexible to travel between locations for business needs- Expected travel-25% of time.

  • Facilitate end to end product development.

Role Purpose:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong Business Ethics, Excellent communication, Strategic Leadership, Customer Orientation, Focus on Results, Agility, Analytical Abilities, Innovation, Business Judgment, Forward Thinking, Listening and Teamwork. Embedded development, Linux, RTOS experience

  • Experience with Six Sigma or equivalent, PMP certification, process and tools

  • Successfully lead a large portfolio of projects

  • Experience in executing passport /stage gate based development process

  • Experience with HVAC-R Industry
